The interview with the person from tech made it clear that the company was trying to go all AI and needed someone to develop a pipeline since their pipeline "is 0 years old". This was not in the job description nor the phone call, where the HR implied they needed to onboard someone for a client who knew data and analytics especially from the business side. And they needed someone to train the entire team about CoPilot and lecture them.

Great communication and interesting people to interview was a beautiful thing and process throughout the entire way would one hundred percent do again. One thing to note is there line time in between interview and process a little slow so depending on other offfers you might have to choose accordingly
