      Pros

      The employees that are genuine are great to work with day in and day out.

      Cons

      If you're not apart of the "frat house" environment then you're quickly an outcast. You will work twice as hard and make much less than your counter parts. The benefits are expensive and the time off accrued is minimal. They only care about the bottom line and those who are approving of the boys club.

      Always work availble. lots of room for overtime company paid uniforms and sometimes tools . benifits

      Cons

      bare minumum holidays/ pto time, dont want you taking off not really understanding,no sick time
