Absolutely rude and out-of-touch management - Administrative Assistant Mamac Systems Employee Review

The cleanroom is a very organized, well-run operation. Work instructions are clear, and the training is top notch. I have been here for more than 5 years and it is the best lab job I have ever had. Management is always available for questions and to assist when issues arise. Production requirements are the same each week, so we all understand the output needed. We can all get the production schedule completed in a 40 hour week, so the work/life balance is great. We are cross-trained in several of the stations which gives us a variety of work to do each day.

No pros. The entire environment becomes incredibly stressful because I am constantly bracing for the next cutting remark or condescending tone.

My overall experience here was a stressful nightmare. Leadership was openly unethical, from top management to managers. Systemic abuse was rampant here. The managers and supervisors are a direct reflection of this, displaying an appalling lack of professionalism not just towards employees, but even to clients. I do not feel valued here.
