Mandatory Overtime Poor communication Very few good supervisors Very low pay, topped out in 2 weeks as speciality welder at 17.50. Got hired for night shift but supervisor forced me too stay on day shift then preceded to put me on line 9. Moral of the story don’t go to line 9 as a floater without floater pay. You will get chewed out and never catch back up if you have to go to the bathroom. Higher ups are major a holes too. Don’t even get 15 minute breaks Truly surprised this company is still operational they have 1000’s of tanks in storage waiting to be repaired because they got sent back. Maybe if they paid enough too make a living more people would work there. I’ve never met so many people that hates their life and every one of them told me to quit while I can and never look back. Let’s say I took that advice!
