I worked at Manchester Tank as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Every employee that I met was personable, fun & very helpful. The manager of the Credit Department was always willing & happy to answer any questions, valued my opinion & was proactive in validating my performance! Other company managers I've experienced, should take lessons from him on how to be positive, helpful & supportive!

    Cons

Like anywhere, learning a new computer system. There is one for the US & another for Canadian customers. I really don't consider it a con. It just goes with the territory of learning another system as quickly as possible.

    Advice to Management

Please don't ever change the mind set with how much the employees are valued! It was a breath of fresh air to work with such personal, respectful & down to earth management!
