      Good experience in a busy store. Fast paced. Nice staff.

      High expectations as flagship London store. Can have very stressful busy days with little help from management.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
