      Sconto su prodotti, Lavoro per lo più tranquillo, rispetto ai standard di lavorare in negozi di abbigliamento poca pressione su vendite.

      Dipende quale responsabile ti capita, ci sono persone più tranquille, altre purtroppo meno (tendono a fissarsi molto sulla gerarchia dei ruoli) Turni a loro piacimento, puoi chiedere giorni off in anticipo, ma che te lo diano è a loro discrezione. I turni arrivano in anticipo di 1 o 2 settimane se ti va bene.

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
