      Pros

      Good relation with supervisors and higher management. Nice balance worklife. You have acceptable workhours and are on time ready at work. Great team who is hardworking.

      Cons

      The salary can be a bit higher and they dont cover travel expenses. If you have good numbers and kpis, you are fine. Otherwise expect a lot of visits and pressure to get your numbers up.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
