      Pros

      Really great teamwork with the other sales associates we became close friends.

      Cons

      The wage was the minimum wage which was not good. Management was not good and the one manager kept us even 30 minutes later from when our shift finished in the closings, which we never got paid for.

      Pros

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
