      Very helpful ,, free to teach there knowledge and they are greatly good staff at all. Once you are willing to learn more there are really willing to teach you

      Salestime is my challenge time because too much tired but happy ,, you need to bring a thousands of patience inside this shop for the costumer hahaha

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
