      Low level management is quite good.

      Cons

      Just 2 levels up management is verybvery bad, a bit of micro-management at department level, NON flat hierarchy, almost 0 transparency, high level management is absolutely acomodated, they are not and looks like they will not move a single cm to the employee carying mood.

      Pros

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
