lovely staff and managers, headoffice especially helpful, busy and quiet periods, structured vm, high standards, good training

felt they were losing time and money on old systems and sending everything to spain weekly. Systems and tills took a long time to understand as they were in Spanish partly even in a London store and were very old fashioned. Bad coverage of managers in store as stretched managers hours to cover vacancies
