      Cons

      Long hours for little pay, disorganisation in almost every tier of company. Stressful work environment and bullying tactics used by mid level management, will dangle carrots to get what they want from you. you can never do enough for Mango it will never be good enough for this company. Don’t waste your time as you are just another number. Work anywhere but here!

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
