Pros

You received a 50 EUR voucher to use in the store if you achieved 900 EUR sales per month using your employee account.

Cons

I can say that overall I have a bery negative experience and I would not go back to that employer or store. I really wonder if the actual Company has the slightest clue of what the franchisees are doing and how they are using their brand or if they just do not care. The company showed 0 responibilty or commitment towards the emloyees. The facilites were horrible, not even a place to eat to eat your lunch during breaks. Nobody seem to either enjoy their role or the company and therefore it created a very hostile work environment.

Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

Cons

-Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
