      Pros

      Its high pay and its job scope is pretty easy. Able to have different opportunities to do different roles despite being a part timer.

      Cons

      Hard to remember all the clothing positions because it changes weekly and there is not really a proper training on every single aspect, so you will need to learn as you work.

      Pros

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
