Pros

For retail the pay isn't too bad All of the other members of staff are welcoming and chatty Flexible with shift and hours

Cons

Its an extremely unorganised company. The area managers find any reason to complain and upset people. A lot of pressure is put on staff to make personal sales, you get in trouble if your productivity is not good, this can create an unfriendly and competitive environment. Sales assistants are pushed to approach customers which usually leads the customers to feeling as though they are being watched and become annoyed.

Pros

Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

Cons

-Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
