      flexible working hours, short Fridays

      Cons

      huge work load,no experts,only juniors, a lot of pressure,extra hours that you should not make but have to make in order to deal with the work load, management doesn't care,they talk a lot but act very little

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
