      Pros

      - Friendly environment with great people - Flexible regarding shifts

      Cons

      - Poor wage considering you are working in sales with no bonuses - Very limited promotion - Promotion isn't worth while considering the job role - Holidays can only be booked 2 months in advance - Cant take holidays that you haven't accumulated eg. If you had a holiday in January you would need to use authorized absence instead of owing the company time worked - You don't get paid for any unused holidays or can't carry them over - Don't reward hard work with increased pay

      Pros

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
