      Favoritism, the store manager does nothing but shop and doesn’t know how to run the store when she stresses out she stresses everyone You can’t say anything cause they will target you the girls here are really young so you deal with a lot of mean girl / high school drama everyone here is always calling off one minute your kool with everyone the next they will bully you they make up stuff about you til the fire you or quit

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
