      Your coworkers will probably be the best part of the job

      Cons

      Corporate will watch you through the security cameras to make sure you are always on task. If you don't greet them nicely enough when they visit they'll complain to the store manager. High high pressure to meet sales targets

      Pros

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
