Good pay, but unprofessional senior management - Managment Mantis Innovation Employee Review

Collaboration, smart people, shared vision. Consultative selling process, no specific product/brand/solution that needs to be shoehorned in. Recommendations are from a technology/vendor agnostic standpoint.

Working remotely (for the most part) due to the fact that I do not reside near one of their major offices...small price to pay.

Pay was competitive and some coworkers were solid.

Expectations were never clearly communicated, making it difficult to succeed • Leadership frequently changed direction without explanation • Lack of onboarding/training left employees guessing • Job security felt uncertain, especially after organizational changes • Performance feedback was either inconsistent or nonexistent . Do not leave your current job as this is not a secure place to work
