      Pros

      Upper management is terrific. Everyone in administration is super nice and easy to work with

      Cons

      Middle management is poor. Especially in the maintenance department. They also don’t appreciate their best employees Benefits are strongly lacking (no 401k, insurance is too expensive)

      Great work-life balance, driven, and experienced CEOs. Cares about their employees, their growth, and listens. Great organization and a very team-based approach.

      Cons

      Fast paced work environment. This can be good and bad. A bit flat on the manager/direct organization.
