Friendly people, interesting technology, lots of potential.

Cons

Company is unfortunately held back by nepotism and keeping unqualified people in important roles for too long. There are serious accountability issues at the Augusta facility and management. Avoid. Expectations are different so as long as you know someone in leadership personally.

Upper management is terrific. Everyone in administration is super nice and easy to work with

Cons

Middle management is poor. Especially in the maintenance department. They also don’t appreciate their best employees Benefits are strongly lacking (no 401k, insurance is too expensive)
