The Customer Experience team is top-notch, and the CX Operations team includes some of the highest performing people I’ve ever worked with. Communication across the company is strong, the culture is genuinely positive, and there is clear direction and strategy from the executive team.

I sincerely mean this, I have not experienced anything that I can list as a con since joining and being at Manychat for the past 10 months
