Petty theft of vital personal protective equipment. If it doesn't get stolen by someone it WILL be returned to you broken. Safety equipment should be vital to running a water based business. It's just a shame that many of the new recruits and some very senior managers do not see it like this. Equipment is substandard or needs replacement and the ones ultimately making the decisions to buy suitable equipment are land based .
