Mark Warner interview questions

My Mark Warner interview process involved submitting an application followed by a single video interview, focusing on my experience, skills, team work, motivation for teaching people to sail as well as having a 'want to learn / can do' attitude.

I applied online for a different role and a recruitment officer reached out via email asking if I would consider interviewing for another position. I said yes and we organised a 45 minute Teams call with the same recruitment officer. I only had one interview and one interviewer.
