Pros
Some good people but they leave or soon become corrupted by a desire to gain favor from the highly nepotistic management. Unfortunately, there are few alternatives for a MR professional seeking a supplier side position in the state.
Cons
Psychotic owner with delusions of grandeur. Horrifically underpaid junior staff who are made to work uncanny hours and then given year-end bonuses of $500 to $700 if anything. Bizarro culture circles around family ownership and tightly held management. Every former MP employee I know celebrated the day they left that hellhole. When I started, even senior execs were given 1 week of vacation a year for the first five years of employment.
