Pros

Unlimited vacation time, flexible work hours and locations, really genuine and nice people in certain management level positions.

Cons

The CEO is the main impediment to success at this company. Consistently rambles in every meeting he attends, resulting in low productivity due to most meetings ending without resolutions of issues. Poor hiring choices and micro-management of Salespeople is also a consistent issue. Ignores the importance of proper product design, which has resulted in confusion, poor competitiveness and a grindingly slow conversion and implementation process for new clients. Steadily losing clients and struggling to find new ones. Have also struggled to keep their remote workforce engaged, despite being an engagement company.

Pros

50% of the team is interested in the success of the company

Cons

* No actual developed, ready to go products to offer to the market. Sales efforts are hindered by lackluster demo platforms that often error out during product demos. * Existing products are tired and dated and no effort is being made to update products or bring them current so there's no ability to remain relevant and competitive. * Product development has no real plan/direction and no one managing it. IT does what they want, how they want, and when they want. The resulting client dissatisfaction and complaints are ignored. The IT team does not keep current with skills and there is no training offered or required for them to do so. * Agile environment is not supported - there is not enough staff in IT for a true Agile environment. * Social media posts support employee engagement and team building but that's not the policy in the day-to-day life of the employee here. * Certain team members are allowed to negatively affect others by making belittling comments and behaving aggressively and unprofessionally - to the points where more than one person has left the company because of this behavior.
