Unique experience in DMHAS system. Felt like I was in an important role doing good work for community.
Cons
Told repeatedly to “read my job description” when asked for tasks to work on in first few months of starting. Lack of communication with manager about responsibilities of job until it was time for a bad performance review meeting.
