Pros
A lot of people who work there are deeply good humans
Cons
This company operates on image over integrity. What looks like a wellness empire on the outside was built on fear, lies, constant pressure and manipulation, and greed.
You are not safe here. Not emotionally, not mentally, not professionally. People are praised until they’re no longer useful. Then they’re removed. Quietly. And everyone is too afraid to speak up, because they know they could be next.
The environment is one of instability, secrecy, and gaslighting. You’ll never get a straight answer. You’ll never feel secure. You’ll give everything, thinking it’ll pay off, and it won’t. The burnout isn’t just a side effect, it’s part of the job description.
Relationships between leadership and staff cross boundaries no one’s allowed to question. Products have gone out that should’ve been trashed, and everyone is expected to stay quiet and fall in line. There’s more concern about controlling the narrative than protecting the people, or the customer.
The dysfunction isn’t isolated, it’s cultural. And if you push back, you’ll be pushed out. The silence is enforced. The burnout is expected. And any sense of purpose you once had will be used against you.
No one should have to recover from a job like an abusive relationship.
