Pros
Senior managers are great performers and very good at their jobs. I learned so much from them over the years. They always had your back and never thought about their own advancement. Gracious and kind too. I take with me many memories and skills I learned that have helped me in my new ventures. Super organised people. Even my leaving do was planned down to the last detail! Only reason I left was due to illness.
Cons
Office on 3rd floor with no lift but I've heard they moved since I left in 2019.
