Pros

Location is nice, it's right on bayshore. Also from what I understand, there are opportunities to make good money, after a few years, based on the pay plan. 20 days PTO as well, cant complain about that. Standing desks for the win! Parking situation is good as well (Open parking garage)

Cons

Founder (Ulrich) was standoffish, swore at me on multiple occasions. For my first interview, after waiting 15 minutes for him in a conference room, he was actually already pretty rude, and now after interviewing for other positions, as I am just getting started in the professional world and am new to the process, I realize this was totally abnormal. Never really spoke to him much. Also there is no formal training in place, and they will more than likely give you contradictory directions. For example, you are given a presentation to learn, I asked if I could put in in my own words, was told not to and to memorize it word for word, so I did, and then when I gave the exact presentation, one of the managers criticisms was that I didn't say it how I would say it. I also was told to sit in on 5 presentations, and after sitting through my 5th one, I was torn into (in front of the other sales people mind you) for "wasting time" sitting in on the presentation when I could have been making calls. So if you do decide to work here, I would suggest just going with your gut rather than listening to whatever directions they pull out of their hats on the spot because they will likely walk back on them at some point and potentially blame you. Also the hours are not very competitive and has lost them a handful of employees to my understanding.

Pros

Great people on a personal level & lots of fun lunch outings....just don't work there.

Cons

The worst micro-managers in history...everything you say is wrong and if you don't do things the EXACT way they THINK it should be, you just suck at your job. The freedom to use your talent in a way that works with your style is not possible here. If you are a robot, go ahead and apply.
