Pros

We used to have quarterly company outings, ability to work from home, reimbursement for gym memberships, and a training program for fresh college grads in the US. Now there’s no more outings (unless you’re in India), no gym reimbursements, you’re required to be in office 4 days a week, and the college grads are not being hired in the US. There’s still a cell phone and Internet reimbursement.

Cons

Before my resignation I noticed US citizens getting laid off more and more. The new approach to labor cost is to tell people they have to relocate and when they refuse they get laid off. They're replaced by someone who comes via an H1B visa from India.

Pros

There are no pros that I can think of

Cons

Stay away from this company at all costs. Besides offering pay below market rate - Incompetent HR Team, incompetent coworkers who cannot fulfill basic tasks, toxic management who blame individual workers where there are no tools or systems / frameworks to set up an employee for success. By far the worst company I have ever worked at for the entirety of my career. I have never in my life cried so much at a job before.
