      1. Very real Gen AI and AI projects that are built end-to-end for customers 2. AI capabilities have scaled up really well with complex projects to implement across customers 2. Freedom for experimentation 3. Flat Hierarchy 4. Chill culture

      Cons

      1. Not a regular 9 to 5, some days are hectic, but those are in phases, because the projects are complex, life sometimes becomes challenging but it is a part of learning
