Pros
MathCo has such a friendly and approachable team — everyone is super chill and easy to talk to. The “no cabin” policy is one of the best things about the company because it really breaks down hierarchies. Everyone — from team members to managers and even department heads — sits together, which makes it so easy to interact, learn, and share ideas. You rarely find this kind of openness in other offices. On top of that, the office itself is beautiful — very aesthetic and vibrant, making it such a nice place to work every day. And the work timings are very flexible. Even though the work hours are 9 hours, we don't necessarily have to sit for 9 hours. If we finish our work, we can leave anytime.

Sometimes things can get a bit fast-paced, but it also keeps the work exciting and helps you learn quickly.
