      If you are fresh graduate, need good experience and exposure only then join

      Cons

      Big list 1) zero care for employees 2) every month you will have to work atleast twice on weekend 3) working till 11 pm is the norm, full favoritism to some employees 4) layoffs happen frequently, lost many clients in last 2 years 5) most of the projects in data science are production support For sake of your career do not join this company if you have more than 1.5 YOE

      There are no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      Stay away from this company at all costs. Besides offering pay below market rate - Incompetent HR Team, incompetent coworkers who cannot fulfill basic tasks, toxic management who blame individual workers where there are no tools or systems / frameworks to set up an employee for success. By far the worst company I have ever worked at for the entirety of my career. I have never in my life cried so much at a job before.
