      My tenure at MathCo was an eye-opening experience into the depths of workplace toxicity. If you're considering joining this company, beware: it's a breeding ground for egomaniacs and rampant groupism, creating an environment that's toxic to the core. The pervasive egomania and groupism created a toxic environment where collaboration was stifled, morale was low, and trust was nonexistent. If you value your sanity and well-being, steer clear of this company. There are plenty of other organizations out there that prioritize a healthy and supportive work culture over toxic office politics.
