The worst management. They can terminate you anytime without any prior information( 4 of my colleagues) Informal way of interview,and visits some lala college for placement(though the company is also some lala.XD) Mostly they don't have any proper projects. Recently they started adding the term AI into all their products just to get some alms(bheek) from the investors but that won't work if the company is still using 1930s-40s tech stack. I had got another offer from Gurgaon based startup but the management played politics and didn't let me go also stalled the projects. Final advice - if you want to destroy your life and get demotivated, frustrated, suicidal then only join this lala gang company running by the goons
