      Pros

      I work for Maxim Crane several times now and I do enjoy working with them they're very professional and they care about safety

      Cons

      I think Maxim Crane needs to maybe negotiate a little bit more with the contractors as far is supplying the operators with parking near the job or on the job contractors lately do not supply the employees with adequate parking and in some cases you have to pay for your own parking

      Pros

      Relatively new management (last 4 years or so) has ushered in a series of changes that are transforming the business from loosely managed to a best-in-class organization. Management is competent, which is easy to take for granted.

      Cons

      Private equity owned so resources can be thin.

      Way too corporate, need a drug test for every single thing that happens
