      It's a job. Time passes quickly. The coffee is free.

      lack of respect for employees unrealistic workload expectations poor leadership poor communication slow servers, with no allowance made for high-usage slow downs HEAVY office politics

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
