At MAXIMUS there is little to no room for advancement or growth. Management is not very knowledgeable. Staff development does not develop the staff. Thiscompany makes unreasonable demands for staff to complete work and unreasonable deadlines. This complany does not support personal time off due to family/personal issues. Even when employees do a exceptional job the work goes unrewarded and unnoticed.
