      Steady pay, good "lower tier" workers

      Cons

      Horrible management from the top down. If there is a poor decision to be made on a subject, that is the one they will make. Not honest with employees at all.

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
