Pros

The calls were technically easy and the customers were mostly goal mined and easy to direct through the entire call. The software was market standard and that avoided most surprises.

Cons

Some callers were not a smart as their pets. The chance for personal growth or advancement is nil, this is a temporary job.

Pros

Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

Cons

Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.

This company allows me to be who I am and gives me the freedom to learn the way I wanna learn

Cons

Just basically that it’s corporate and there’s a chain of title
