Pros
Decent pay and benefits, great coworkers, some flexibility in schedule, at times can feel like you are truly helping clients that use the social programs available.
Cons
Red tape through HHSC is horrible, reporting is off the charts, projects many times are not completely thought through and employees are attempting to fix large issues at crucial moments. Instead of being a voice of reasoning with HHSC, employees just continue the brutal process without attempting to improve it.
