      Great benefits and employer-match on 401k contributions, clear expectations, lots of paid holidays and a decent amount of (accrued) paid time off.

      Cons

      Favoritism, lack of disciplinary action taken for arriving late, taking extended breaks, etc.

      Pros

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.

      poor and rushed training. Laid off out of no where because they overhired.
