It was a very oriented and fast past environment that allowed growth with thin the company. very organized and professional call center

Cons

There arent any cons but I had to move back home to syracuse but if I didnt I would definitely still be with that company

Pros

Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

Cons

Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.

Easy calls, extra incentive for healthcare

Cons

poor and rushed training. Laid off out of no where because they overhired.
