      Good pay, good exposure to health care contracting.

      Cons

      Working with the State of Texas, management that is unaware how to run a call center, unreasonable demands on employees, senior management that "knows better" than employees

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
