Cons
Senior Management are full of ego and love the sound of their own voice. Leadership preaches about being a family, and caring about you yet at the first chance to throw you under a bus they would and do... You’ll be worked to the bone, they can’t resource any account properly. They’ve got a square peg in a round hole approach to it when ever there’s a resourcing issue and people are dropping like flies either through stress or just don’t want to work there anymore. Pitching is a mess, there’s too many egos and too many cooks for it to run smoothly. If you’ve got your nose in the right place.. you might get some credit but otherwise it’s two big daily doses of underpaid (by 50%) and over worked.
