      Great coworkers and facility, decent pay and benefits

      Cons

      You're a manager, you're a manager, and you're a manager... So many managers. Projects are overrun and never finish. Those at the top get bonuses and still profit greatly (millions) when their decisions run the company into the ground and cause mass layoffs.
