Pros
There is a long history of good people with a company that started as a family business in Louisiana which later went public.
Cons
Share prices have dropped to near penny-stock values. There are no pay raises or bonuses. There have been too many teams of executive management in too short of a time. Layoffs are still happening. Austerity measures for everyone but the C-Suite executives.
